Co-Founder

Baptiste Cantin

Baptiste was a consultant for an American/Filipino NGO, advising and implementing data-driven strategies while gaining insights on SMEs' challenges. He further developed his financial expertise at a wealth management firm, focusing on risk assessment and strategic planning.

Currently interning in the Private Banking division of ABN Amro in Paris. Baptiste specializes in financial strategy, and operational improvement, helping SMEs achieve lasting results and drive continued business growth.

Co-Founder

Armand Mona

Armand has served as Consulting Director for the world’s largest student consulting organization, leading diverse teams and projects across Europe. Over his two years there, he developed extensive experience consulting for international companies in various industries.

Currently interning as a consultant for VISA's Budapest office. Armand brings a deep understanding of strategy and business development, helping clients navigate complex challenges and unlock growth opportunities.

Co-Founder

Ole Heuschen

Ole was a team leader at a prominent student consultancy and gained hands-on experience at a boutique private equity and deal sourcing firm. There, he developed expertise in addressing the unique challenges of small and growing businesses across various sectors.

Ole is currently interning in the Deals department of PwC’s Frankfurt office. He specializes in financial modelling and growth strategies, providing practical solutions for companies looking to scale efficiently and sustainably.
